We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item by regular mail. Please send by express courier with tracking number.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at oneforest.shop. We ship all of our orders via sf-express for local customes (Hong Kong). You will receive an email update from sf-express with your tracking number once your order has shipped. For global orders, we ship orders via Hong Kong SPEEDPOST with a tracking number.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed and be shipped within 5-7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, global shipping delays (such as custom inspection, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
